Description: I visit your property to assess its current condition and provide expert recommendations for staging. This service includes a full walkthrough of your home, during which I take notes and photos.

2 hour consultation at your property

A follow-up written report with key recommendations for improvements, such as furniture arrangement, decluttering, paint suggestions, and décor updates

Bonus: The consultation fee is deducted from the overall staging cost if you hire me for a full staging service.

This in-person walkthrough is ideal if you’re preparing to sell and want expert advice but plan to do the staging yourself.

What’s Included: Two Hours on-site where I’ll walk through your property with you, room by room, and give immediate, verbal recommendations on Layout, Furniture arrangement, Colour choices, Lighting, Curb appeal, Decluttering & styling tips. Note-taking is encouraged.
